We aim to be
“the World’s Best Facility Company”.

No one won’t believe we can do that and you might say『Your company has only 50 employees, so it can’t.』 We eagerly want employees to be happy therefore we set the goal. Our company was originally small which had only 3 people.

We had been working busily every day because of many tasks, so we had to sacrifice time with our family. Many companies were on a five-day workday, but we weren’t. We thought this construction business might have been behind other industries, and young people might not choose this field. We had been concerned about these matters of the industry. 『We don’t want to give up even though it’s a labor-intensive industry.』 We will change that mindset. We thought about what we should do in order to change it, and this gave us the vision “To be the World‘s Best Facility Company.” We hope that each employee is proud of being a member of our company.
